2. Can someone see that I viewed their Facebook story if we are not friends?

When you post a story publicly on Facebook, it is visible to the users who are not on your friend list too. They can open your story to view it.  But the stories that are not posted publicly, cannot be viewed or are unavailable to be viewed by anybody who’s not on the user’s friend list.

When you’re posting a story publicly, you’ll be able to see the total number of viewers who have seen or viewed the story.

3. How to make my Facebook story visible to my Friends only:

If your stories are visible to all users on Facebook even if they’re not on your friend list, it means that you’re posting them publicly. If you want your stories to be visible just to your Facebook friends, you’ll need to change the Story privacy to Friends so that only the users who are from your friend list will be able to view, react, and reply to it.
