1. From Babbel Subscription:

If you subscribe to Babbel through this www.babbel.com website, follow the steps. Otherwise, for Android or iPhone apps, you can skip this step.

Step 1: Go to www.babbel.com and Log in

Open your Google browser, go to this www.babbel.com website, and log in to your account using your Email and Password or your Facebook details. After providing the details, tap login. If you do not have an account, sign up for a Babbel account there.

Step 2: Click on the subscriber name

After logging in to your account, you can see the options Home, Review, Live, Explore, Prices, and Help at the top of the bar. In addition, you can see the language change option at the top right side, and next to that option, you can see the subscriber name and click on it.

Step 3: Select Profile and settings

After clicking on the subscriber name, a downward pop-up will come containing four options: Profile and settings, Invite friends, Babbel as a gift, and Log out. Next, click on the Profile and settings option from the menu.

After entering the Profile and Settings page, you can see your SCREEN NAME, FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, and COUNTRY details in that section. Also, your email and password will be there. You can change those details also. On the left side, you can see a list containing three options Profile, Settings, and Account Information. Tap on the Account Information option from the list.

Step 5: Select the Cancel auto-renewal button

Now you will be redirected to the new page. Here tap on the Cancel auto-renewal button, and your subscription will be canceled. You will receive a mail after canceling your subscription.

2. From App Store Settings (iOS):

Follow the below steps:

Step 1: Open App Store & Tap the profile icon

Open your iPhone Settings, and there you can see many general settings like Airplane mode, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Mobile Data, Personal Hotspot, Sound & Haptics, etc. At the top of the screen, you can see the option from which you can go to your Profile. You can see your Profile name there, which means you are already logged in.

Click on your Profile name. If you can not see your Profile icon and Profile name there, you do not have to sign in to your account. So, if the same issue happens with you, log in to your iCloud account, and you can see your Profile icon and Profile name there.

Step 2: Tap on ‘Subscriptions’

After entering your Profile page, you can see many options there like ‘Name, Phone Numbers, Email’, ‘Password & Security’, ‘Payment & Shipping’, ‘Subscriptions’, and also many apps like iCloud, Media & Purchases, Find My, Family Sharing, etc. For example, click on the ‘Subscriptions’ option, and you will be redirected to a new screen.

Step 3: Active Subscriptions list: Choose Babbel

After clicking on the Subscriptions option, you will be redirected to the Subscriptions page, where you can see all of your ACTIVE and EXPIRED subscribed apps separated into two lists. For example, you might see only the ACTIVE section if no app subscription is expired, and in the ACTIVE section, your present subscribed apps will be shown with the plans of duration and the next billing date.

But if any app subscription is expired, then you can see the EXPIRED section, and in this section, you can see the name of the apps, the subscription’s duration, and the subscription’s expiry date. If you have currently subscribed to multiple apps, then find the Babbel app from the ACTIVE section and click on it.

Step 4: Hit Cancel Subscription

After clicking on it, you will be redirected to the Edit Subscription page of the app. There tap on the Cancel Subscription option, and your subscription will be canceled after expiring the current plan.

If you have subscribed to Babbel app on Android, then to unsubscribe the app, you can do it from the Google Play Store. On the Payments & subscriptions page, you can find the Babbel app and cancel its subscription. To know more information about the process, follow the below steps:

First, open the Google Play Store app, a triangular-type app you can find on your Android phone. You can also open your Google browser and search Google Play Store. If it is promoted, log in to your Google Play Store account using your login credentials, and if it is not promoted, that means you are already logged in to your Google Play Store account. You can use multiple Gmail accounts to log in to your Google Play Store.

Step 2: Tap ‘Payments & subscriptions’

You can see your Profile picture there at the top right corner of the screen. Click on it, and a pop-up menu will appear there. In the pop-up menu, you can see options like Manage apps & device, Offers & notifications, Payments & subscriptions, Play Protect, Library, Play Pass, Settings, Help & feedback. For example, tap on the Payments & subscriptions option, and you will be redirected to a new screen.

Step 3: Select the Babbel subscription

Here is the new screen. You can see four options: Payment methods, Subscriptions, Budget & history, and Redeem code. Tap on the Subscriptions option, and the apps whose subscriptions you have taken earlier will show there. Now among the rest of the apps, find the Babbel app and tap open the app.

After tapping on the app, scroll down the screen and tap the Cancel Subscription option. After canceling your subscription, you can still use that subscription for the rest of the days until it is expired. After that, you can not access the subscription.
