Step 1: Open Store Link & Login as Owner
The first step you have to follow in order to cancel your Shopify subscription is to go to the store link. At this point, you will have to log in to your existing account as an owner using your credentials by clicking on the “Log in” option at the top right corner of the screen.
You can choose to log in using your Google account or simply by typing in your email and password.

Provide a reason for leaving and click on “Close Store”. Your online store will be closed as a result.
