Step 1: Open Instagram > Settings

To link your Instagram account to your Facebook account, you’ll need to have the Instagram application on your device. It should be updated to avoid getting glitches in the middle of the process.

It will immediately bring you to the Account Center page where you’ll be shown your Instagram account and Facebook account.

After linking your Facebook account, you’ll be displayed with another page on which it says Automatically share your Instagram post and stories to Facebook. At the bottom of the page, you’ll find the Share posts and stories button in blue. You’ll need to click on it to enable sharing your Instagram post automatically on Facebook.
Then, you’ll be displayed with the Sharing across profile page on which you need to click on the switches next to Your Instagram Story and Your Instagram Posts to enable them. Then click on Set up next to Your Instagram Reels and then click on Allow if you want your reels to be shared on Facebook too.
But if you don’t want to share your posts and stories, you can click on the Not now button to disable it.
