1. First Enable Alexa Calling & Group Calls:
To video call on Echo Show 10, you first must sign up for Alexa communication. To do that, you and the person you are going to video call have to set up the Alexa video calling using the Alexa communication inside the Alexa app. To do that first:

Step 5: Then under the ALEXA PREFERENCES section, tap on the Communication option, and there on that page, you can see two sections their ACCOUNTS and ADDITIONAL SETTINGS. Under the ADDITIONAL SETTINGS section, you can see the option Enhanced Features.
Step 6: Click on this option and ensure the Enabled option is turned on.
2. Allow Drop In for Contacts:
Now you and the person you are going to video call need to turn on the Drop-In option for your contacts.

Step 1: Open the app and tap the Devices option from the bottom bar next to the Play button.
Step 2: Now in that section, at the top you can see the options ‘Echo & Alexa’, ‘* Lights’, ‘* Cameras’, ‘* Thermostats’ etc. Select the ‘Echo & Alexa’ option from there, and a new screen will open.
Step 3: Select your device from this new screen, and you will be redirected to the DEVICE SETTINGS page.
Step 4: Here on that page, you can see the Speaker and subwoofer option under the CONNECTED DEVICES section and Camera, Sounds, Communication, Do Not Disturb, and many options under the GENERAL section. Select the Communication option from there.
Step 5: After that, you will be redirected to a new screen where under the FEATURES section, you can see two options Announcements and Drop In. Click on the Drop-In option from there.
Step 6: After that, you will be again redirected to a new page where you can see three options On, My Household, and Off.
Step 7: If you select Off, nobody can connect to your Echo devices; for My Household, only devices on your contact can drop in you; if you select On, your contacts can drop in you.
3. Add Your Contacts:
You can import your mobile contacts into the Alexa app if you want. But if you do not want a lot of extra contacts inside the Alexa app, then you can manually add contacts one by one.
