How To See Reels History On Instagram:
There are some steps that you should use:
1. From the Posts You Have Liked
On Instagram, when you like or comment on a post, then Instagram always keeps track of it and stores it in a place. If you have a habit of liking every Reel, then you can get the full reel history from this section. This section combines liked posts and reels, so you have to find the Reels. Now to go to the ‘Likes’ section:
Step 1: Log in to your Instagram account
Open the Google Play Store and download the Instagram app if you do not have the app (If you already have it, then ignore the step). Open the Instagram app and log in to your account with your credentials. After that, click on the ‘Login’ option. If you are going to use Instagram for the first time, then sign up for a new account by giving some general information and then log in.
Step 2: Tap on profile > Menu
After logging in, on the bottom right corner of the Instagram Home page, you will get the option to enter your profile page; click on the Avatar icon, and you will enter your Instagram profile page.
You can see the Hamburger icon (the Three Horizontal Line icon) in the top right corner of your Instagram profile page. Click on the icon, and a pop-up will come from the bottom.
Step 3: Select Your Activity and Go to Likes Section
In the pop-up options, you can see the option ‘Your activity’, click on it, and then select ‘Interactions’ where your interactions are stored.
Inside this section, there are four sections: ‘Comments’, ‘Likes’, ‘Story replies’, and ‘Reviews’. Tap ‘Likes’, and you can see all the liked reels and posts there.
2. From the Saved Instagram Posts
Instagram has a special feature where you can save Instagram Reels on your account. When you open any Reels on Instagram, you can see a three-dots icon on the bottom right side; from there, you can save a reel.
Now, if you saved every Reel you have seen, you can view your Instagram reels from the saved Instagram posts and watch history. Now to do that:
Step 1: Open Instagram app and log in to Account
First, open the Instagram app and log in to your account with your credentials. If you do not have the app, open your Google Play Store and download the app.
Then enter your Instagram credentials, and click on the ‘Login’ option. If you are new to Instagram and do not have an account on Instagram, sign up for a new account using the needed credentials.

Step 3: Tap on Saved and Find the Reels
When the pop-up comes from the list, click on the ‘Saved’ option. After that, a new page will open where you can see the option ‘All Posts’.
Click on it, and inside this section, there are two more subsections; you can go to the ‘Reels’ and view the Reels watch history if you have saved every Reel.
