How To See Reels You Watched On Instagram:

There are some steps that you should use:

1. From the Posts You Have Liked

On Instagram, when you like or comment on a post, then Instagram always keeps track of it and stores it in a place. If you have a habit of liking every Reel, then you can get the full reel history from this section. This section combines liked posts and reels, so you have to find the Reels. Now to go to the ‘Likes’ section:

Step 1: Log in to your Instagram account

Open the Google Play Store and download the Instagram app if you do not have the app (If you already have it, then ignore the step). Open the Instagram app and log in to your account with your credentials. After that, click on the ‘Login’ option. If you are going to use Instagram for the first time, then sign up for a new account by giving some general information and then log in.

Step 2: Tap on profile > Menu

After logging in, on the bottom right corner of the Instagram Home page, you will get the option to enter your profile page; click on the Avatar icon, and you will enter your Instagram profile page.

You can see the Hamburger icon (the Three Horizontal Line icon) in the top right corner of your Instagram profile page. Click on the icon, and a pop-up will come from the bottom.
