How To Reset Twitter Password Without Email:

Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Open Chrome and get into Twitter Help Center 

If you don’t have access to your email or phone number that’s associated with your Twitter account, you can still recover it.

But for that, you’ll need to know the birth date and the username of your Twitter profile because it would be required to perform this method successfully. 

To start this process you’ll need to begin by heading to the Google Chrome application from your phone. After opening Google Chrome, you’ll need to search for Twitter Help Center in the search box and then search for it.

In the search results, you’ll be able to see the Twitter Help Centre and below that, you’ll find many options such as Contact Us, About suspended accounts, etc.

Step 2: Click on Contact Us

You’ll need to click on the Contact Us sub-option from the list of options placed under the Twitter Help Center in the search results.

Then you’ll be taken to the Contact Us page of Twitter. On the page, you’ll be able to find a search bar that is displayed there for the users to enter and search for their queries or issues they’re facing with their accounts. 

Below the search bar, you’ll be able to find a broad header Select a topic. Under the header, they’ll display several common issues that the users generally face with their accounts.

Issues like Locked and suspend account issues, Problems with account access, Privacy on Twitter, etc will be displayed to you one after another. 

Step 3: Click on Problems with account access

The issues that are displayed to you on the Contact Us page are the ones that the users usually face. From these issues, you’ll need to choose the one that you’re facing with your account.

For this method, you’ll need to go for the option Problems with account access. Click on the second option i.e Problems with account access and you’ll be taken to the next page. 

Out of all the options that are there on the page, you’re choosing the second one because that’s the most appropriate one for you to follow according to your issue.

It has been provided for users so that they can get help logging into their account again if they’ve lost access to it, in reactivating or deactivating the accounts too. 

Step 4: Accounts Access > I need to regain access to my Twitter account

You’ll be taken to the next page, where you’ll see two different columns. One is the Contact Us column and another is the Account Access. You’ll be taken to the Account Access section automatically.

In the section, you’ll be able to see the question How can we help you with your account? and below, you’ll find a box in which you need to mention the appropriate answer to the question. This question is marked as required because you must answer it to go ahead with the process.

There’s no way you can skip this question and move on with the method. Therefore, click on the white box and then you’ll be displayed three options. From those three options, you’ll need to click on the first one i.e I need to regain access to my Twitter account. 

Step 5: Please tell us more > I believe my account is hacked or compromised

After you select  I need to regain access to my Twitter account, you’ll be able to see that one additional box will appear on the screen below the first box. It’s the Please tell us more box.

It’s also marked as required because it’s a compulsory one for you to fill too. Through this one, Twitter is asking you to be more specific about your issue so that they can get to know about the exact issue you’re facing.

Click on the box that’s below the Please tell us more header and it will display three more options. 

For this method, you’ll need to go for the last one i.e I believe my account is hacked or compromised. Therefore click on the option I believe my account is hacked or compromised. 

It might not be the exact issue you’re facing, but to recover your account without a phone number and email, this is the option you need to use. 

Step 6: Fill up the form

After you’re done filling up the Please tell us more box, you’ll be able to see a message for you just below it. You’ll need to scroll down the page to find a form that you need to fill up so that you can move forward with the method. 

At the beginning of the form, you’ll need to enter your Twitter username in the box under the Your Twitter username header.

This is compulsory information you need to provide so that the Help Center can identify your account. Therefore, enter the Twitter username of your account correctly and then move on to the next box. 

It’s the Your email address box. This is also marked as required because an email address is required by the Twitter Help community so that they can contact you after reviewing your issue.

Therefore, enter your email address. It doesn’t have to be the one associated with your account but any email address that you have access to. 

Step 7: Describe the issue you’re facing and Submit

After you’re done entering the email address, you’ll need to move on to the next box. It’s the description box that they’ve provided you to describe the issue you’re facing.

In this box, you’re required to describe the issue you’re facing in detail and then request the Twitter team to help you recover your Twitter account. 

The tone and the language of your description should be extremely polite as well as easy to understand so that the Help Center team can review the situation as well as recover your account. 

However, you should not disclose any private information in your description like the password, address, phone number, or other confidential information because it’s neither asked nor required. Then click on Submit. 

Step 8: Check for Mail from Twitter

After you’re done filling up the form, you’ll need to submit the form by clicking on the Submit button. After you submit the form, you will be able to receive a Thank you message. The message will state that you have to wait for a few days to get a response from Twitter. 

Your form will be reviewed by the official and they’ll try to identify your account as well as understand the whole issue you’re facing. After they’re done reviewing your application, you will be able to receive mail from Twitter.

You need to constantly check for the email in your Inbox as well as in the Spam folder of your Gmail account. After you get the email, you’ll need to reply to it accordingly and then you’ll get another following email. In the second mail, you’ll get a link to recover your account.
