1. Look at the Geolocation

You can track the location of someone’s Twitter account by seeing the geolocation of his or her tweets.

Twitter allows users to tag locations on the tweets that he or she upload from their accounts. By seeing these tagged locations, you’ll be able to understand and know about the place or part of the world to where he belongs.

However, you should know that the geolocation feature of Twitter stays disabled by default and needs to be enabled and signed up for if the user wants to use it.
